Since i don't have the pics yet... i'll just start with the starting :P
I won't go over Valentine, Joe explained enuf.
How i got the 20 members:
I started with the original 10.
Me, Mia, Hui Hui, Evie, Wen, Alwin, Rachelle, Ji Yang, Sin Mun, Kevin = 10.
However, since Rachelle left, we were left with 9.
Bee Eng already asked to join my group last year, and I added Pui Boon, so...
Me, Mia, Hui2, Evie, Wen, Alwin, Bee Eng, Pui Boon, Ji Yang, Sin Mun, Joe = 11.
Added: Suet Teng and Xin Yu, and since it's unfair if we just took 2, i brought along Jade/Xian Nee
Now, = 15.
Yong Khang also asked before, so 16.
Alwin brought Chun Tatt, 17.
Kevin/Arvin were from Suet Teng's group as well, so 19.
With this number, i started the characters.
4 Queens, 1 Sultan, 1 Genie, 1 Director, 2 Servants, 2 Heroes, and the other servant. = 12.
I had a lack of 7 other characters.
The queen obviously have an escort, or maybe 2, so 2 escorts. = 14.
To make the story more interesting, i added a killer, and a mystery man. =16.
Which palace is without guards? 1 guard = 17.
Maybe the hero needs a slave... 1 Slave = 18.
Perhaps the Sultan needs someone to do his bidding... 1 messenger = 19.
So, we have 4 Queens, 1 Sultan, 1 Genie, 1 Director, 3 Servants, 2 Heroes, 2 Escorts, Killer, Mystery man, Guard, Slave, Messenger.
I started from there.
Sultan = Only 1 person could become the Sultan, and that was Alwin
Queens = Li Po was obviously Evie, no one else. I decided that either, Xin Yu, Jade, or Xian Nee would be queens. That was my original plan.
Unless someone asked. And Hui Hui did that. So, it was Evie, Hui2, and the remaining 2, either Jade, Xian Nee, or Xin Yu,
Genie = Wen. Easily. No one else could act it out.
Director = Me. Lol.
Servants = Pui Boon and Bee Eng easily made this. Both of them had voices that could match their roles. Pui Boon's voice had a chinese accent, and thus she became the chinese one. Suet Teng was the final one, obvious reasons.

Me: Who has a chinese accent?
Wen: Pui Boon.
Me: Ok. She takes Kembang Cina then.
2 Heroes = Chun Tatt was one, because he was quite tall. The other one was coupled with Suet Teng, so obviously Kevin.
Mystery Man = Joe. Lol. He was the only one mysterious enough.
I had left the Slave, Killer, Escorts, Guard, Messenger, 2 Queens
I had left Yong Khang, Ji Yang, Arvin, Xin Yu, Jade, Xian Nee, Mia, Sin Mun.
Xin Yu said she didn't want to be a queen... so the 2 queens are Xian Nee are Jade.
Ji Yang wanted the slave, Sin Mun wanted the messenger.
So i had left Killer, Escorts, Guard //// Xin Yu, Arvin, Mia, Yong Khang
Another conversation between me and Wen
Me: So who do you think should be the killer? Arvin or Yong Khang?
Wen: I think Arvin.
5 minutes later
Wen: Who else left ah?
Me: Mia, Arvin, Yong Khang, Xin Yu.
Wen: I think Mia is a better killer.
Me: Good point.
Thus, Mia is the killer (Li Ean your cousin has killed someone :P)
Then, it fell into place. Yong Khang = Guard, Xin Yu / Arvin = Escorts.
So our final list is
Director: Me
Li Po: Evie
Sultan: Alwin
Queen 2/1 : Jade / Xian Nee
Queen 4 : Hui Hui
Hero 1: Chun Tatt
Hero 2: Kevin
Genie: Wen
Servant 1/2/3 : Pui Boon / Bee Eng / Suet Teng
Mystery man : Joe
Killer: Mia
Guard : Yong Khang
Escorts : Arvin / Xin Yu
Messenger: Sin Mun
Slave: Ji Yang
However, Hui Hui wanted 1 more to make 20, so we added 1 more guard, which was Mun Chien.
Guard 2: Mun Chien
